Return and refund policy

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or stains

  • Sale/discounted items (optional—remove if you allow returns)

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Innerwear (if applicable to your brand)


3. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through our customer support (email/WhatsApp).

  2. Provide order ID and product photos.

  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

  4. A pickup will be arranged from your address.

  5. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed.


4. Refund Policy

After the return is approved and the product passes quality check:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (choose whichever you prefer).

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after quality check.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange for a different size or product of equal value.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery.
