Return and refund policy
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

3. Return Process

Provide order ID and product photos.

Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

A pickup will be arranged from your address.

Once the product is received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
After the return is approved and the product passes quality check:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (choose whichever you prefer).

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after quality check.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy

You can exchange for a different size or product of equal value.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

We will arrange free replacement or full refund.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery.
