1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery time may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

You can choose one of the options below (or I can customize it for you):

Option A — Free Shipping

  • Free shipping pan india 


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected pincodes.

  • COD orders may include an additional convenience fee (optional).

  • Fake or repeated COD cancellations may result in blocking future COD orders.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status anytime until delivery.


6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Your order may be delayed due to:

  • Unreachable delivery location

  • Wrong address or phone number

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather or natural events

If the courier is unable to deliver, the package may be returned to us.
We will then contact you for reshipping.


7. Address Changes

  • Address changes are only possible before shipping.

  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.


8. International Shipping (Optional)

If you plan to ship internationally:

  • International delivery takes 7–21 business days.

  • Additional customs or import charges may apply.
